Teresa is our newest consultant to join the Fine & Country team, covering the Lyme Bay area along the Dorset/Devon border, with a particular focus on rural and coastal properties.

With 18 years of experience running her own independent agency in Charmouth, Teresa brings a deep-rooted passion for supporting clients relocating to the region—something that has proven hard to leave behind, even after considering retirement. Her background in healthcare, education, and design has shaped a strong commitment to customer experience and satisfaction.
As an independent agent and a long-standing member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents for over 12 years, Teresa was both surprised and delighted to discover like-minded professionals within Fine & Country, sharing the same ethos and dedication to service.
